Spencer and Wren find themself alone in Spencers kitchen. As Wren is about to leave Spencer shows signs indicating that she's in pain. Spencer than goes on about how tough field hockey practice was. Then Wren offers to help her by giving her a massage.

Hanna's Mom gives Emily a voucher for a massage at a spa. Emily goes there and has a great massage by who she thought was a masseuse who works there. It turns out that it was a person in a hoodie (it couldn't have been Mona because she was out with Hanna) The person in the hoodie finishes Emily's massage and leaves. The REAL masseuse comes in and apologizes for being late for her massage. Emily doesn't understand what she means and tells her that she had a great massage. The REAL masseuse doesn't understand what Emily means. Then, Emily gets a text from A that says:

A: "See how easy it is for me to get my hands around your neck? -A"

The Jenna Thing (1x02)-Kingdom Of The Blind (3x03):

When the Hastings sisters and Wren go out for drinks with their father in Spencer orders a Vodka Soda, but Melissa interferes. Wren orders a Vodka Soda for himself and he secretly gives her a few sips, sensing she could use it while Melissa and their father talk about their accomplishments of the day...

A grabbed a Vodka Soda out of a giant freezer and poured it into a cup which looked exactly like the drink that Wren ordered in. Huge coincidence? I think not.

This is episode when Hanna is in the hospital. Wren's a doctor, he had easy access to all of her blood work.

Early in the episode Officer Wilden drops by Hanna's house and says the police want a sample of her blood. Hanna fears she is being framed and then tells Spencer, Spencer says that her mom can have the court order dismissed. Then later in the episode A leaves Hanna the Ouija board piece that she put in Ali's grave on her kitchen table. When Hanna picked it up she pricked herself, why? Because a put staples on the bottom of it with a note that said:

A: "See how easy it is for me to get your blood? -A"

Hanna cuts herself after A traps her and Emily in Noel’s cabin. When they finally escape, A has left a message reading:

A: “I’m saving you for later. -A”

Not wanting to go to the hospital, Emily call Wren so he can come to her house and patch up her wound. Wren therefore gets his hands on Hanna’s blood (just as A said they could), as he would have to use bandages to clean the wound. Furthermore, the ‘I’m saving you for later’ message could mean that Wren knew that Hanna would trust him to patch her up later.

Can You Hear Me Now? (1x04):

Early on in this episode you see the girls block all unknown phone numbers/E-mails... Later in the episode we see Wren brake in to Spencer's house like it was nothing. Once he was in and Spencer realized that it was only Wren and asked what the hell he was doing. He then told her that he had been trying to call her tell her he was coming but she blocked his number. Why would his phone number be blocked?

Je Suis Une Amie (1x16):

Is it possible that Melissa's baby is Wrenn's? Right after she broke up with Wren she got back with Ian and from what it seemed like rushed in to marrige and she got pregnant rather quickly also. It was probably just a cover up for Wren...

For Whom the Bell Tolls (1x22):

In the season one finale "A" saved Spencer from the bell tower that night. Why would A do that unless they cared about Spencer? Wren was in love with Spencer at that time...

Blind Dates (2x04):

A trashed Dr. Sullivan's office and spray painted this on the wall:

A: "Nosey bitches die -A"

The thing is in the american dictionary nosey is spelled 'nosy', in the British English dictionary the word 'nosey' is spelled with an e! And Marlene King confirmed that that WAS a clue.

When Ian was in hiding, Wren admits to treating him and giving him painkillers. Therefore, he knew where he was despite the fact that nobody else besides Melissa did. We all know that A faked Ian’s suicide and the note that accompanied it. So if Wren is in fact A, it would have been extremely easy for him go back for Ian when Melissa wasn't there, kill him and stage it as a suicide. Wren is also the person who leads Spencer to Ian, after he tells Melissa that he needs to give Ian some medication. When they find him, he is dead. Wren acts just as shocked as the other two, and comforts Melissa as she breaks down.

Save the Date (2x08):

Wren is a doctor and doctors have access to medicine so he knows (and can get it easily) about the Human Growth Hormones (HGH) in Emily’s cream. Plus when Emily's in the hospital after the incident she gets the lotion with a note from A with her dinner, Wren could have easily slipped that in there.

Wren was at the hospital at the time when the girls stole/returned the autopsy report. Wren could have easily took page five and gave it to Garrett or someone else on the A team.

Over My Dead Body (2x12):

Spencer’s doll says “Keep Toby safe.” In order to keep Toby safe, she had to break up with him. Wren found her almost immediately after and kissed her later on. Something A could have definitely used to their advantage.

The First Secret (2x13):

When the girls were sitting in the cafeteria together at a table near the jocks' table, where Ben is sitting. Hanna lets her friends know that Emily's boyfriend Ben has been telling people that they have had sex. Enraged, Aria is about to charge over to him, when Emily grabs her by the shirt to force her to sit back down. The girls are shocked that Emily isn't indignantly furious, but then it dawns on them that Emily might be trying to tell them something. When they suggest that Emily has indeed done the deed, she doesn't deny it. The later that day Emily was walking with Alison. Alison discusses the possibility of Emily going on the pill and knows a docter that could get them for her without anyone knowing. That docter could have just been Wren...

CTRL: A (2x20):

When Hanna and her mother are call in to the police station Officer Willden explains that he called them in to discuss Alison's murder investigation; pages of her autopsy have been stolen. The police have been looking into it, and they found a photo, which he hands to Ashley, who looks at it for a moment and gives it to Hanna. It shows Hanna, Spencer and Emily in the hospital, outside the morgue, dressed as candy-stripers. Now, who had access to the security camera footage at the hospital? Wren, Wren could have easily printed a photo from the security footage and sent it to the police anonymously.

Breaking The Code (2x21):

When Spencer goes to meet Melissa at the bar/restaurant and Wren happens to be there and then Melissa ditches for Garrett? Well in that episode Wren tells Spencer that Garrett has been coming to Melissa’s doctors appointments with her. He had to have been lying there. Melissa had already lost her baby and couldn’t have been going in for checkups with a fake baby bump. But why would he lie?

Eye of the Beholder (2x23):

While Jenna and Toby were talking this is what Jenna said:

Jenna [about Wren]: I bet even a lie would sound good in that accent.

It Happened 'That Night' (3x01):

A sent a message to all four the girls saying:

A: "Mona played with dolls, I play with body parts. Game on, bitches. -A"

Again Wren's a doctor, he does that kind of stuff.

While Hanna is reading a fashion magazine to Mona at Radley she says:

Hanna: "Birds, birds, birds. You cannot find a top this season without feathers on it."

A wren is a type of bird.

Blood Is The New Black (3x02):

While in class Emily found a necklace with teeth on it (though to be Ali's). Wren is a doctor and has access to that kind of stuff.

While Wren was talking to Hanna at Radley and told her his dad was a schizophrenic (a mental illness). And you CAN inherit schizophrenia.

Birds of a Feather (3x04):

At the end of the episode we see A hacking the computer system of the Radley Sanitarium allowing Mona to have visitors. But did it ever occur to you that that could have been Wren... My guess is that he has access to patients files online, making this to easy for the A team.

Not only was the system at Radley "hacked" A was at an airport drinking. So far Toby and Mona are under age (yes, they could have used a fake I.D., but, I'm not going to go there.) That leaves only a few A suspects left that could have been there: Melissa, Jason and Wren. It couldn't have been Garrett because he was in jail and Mona was at Radley (I do realize how easily she could have gotten out but again, I'm not going to go there.)

And finally, A was waiting for there plane back to Rosewood. That was the member of the A team that ran Caleb's mom off the road. That A could have been a very jealous Wren.

Stolen Kisses (3x08):

Wren also helped Hanna talk to the board members at Radley and got Mona to stay in Rosewood, as you may already know Mona was on the A team, coincidence much?

What Lies Beneath (3x10):

Even if V later cuts herself after A traps her and Emily in Noel’s cabin. Furthermore, the ‘I’m saving you for later’ message could mean that Wren knew that Hanna would trust him to patch her up later, not necessarily that he would hurt her later, a conclusion most people would immediately jump to.

In the final scene we see A watching the news. When the camera pans over to A using the remote to change the channel we see a box with the words "Hopkins" written on it. Hopkins is a medical school.

The Lady Killer (3x12):

Where and who would Mona get the nurse outfit and I.D. badge? The only person with easy access of this kimd of stuff is Wren.

This Is A Dark Ride (3x13):

The fake Caleb is taller than Hanna but at the end of the episode, it suggests that Mona was the one in the mask as it is under her bed. Mona is actually shorter than Hanna, however Wren is taller than her.

Plus the person under the mask has an Adams apple and they're hugging Hanna. Wren has both feelings for Hanna and an Adams apple.

I'm Your Puppet (3x23):

Wren admits is issuing CeCe the visitors pass even though Mona was not allowed to have visitors. Maybe Wren knew that CeCe could be feeding her A Team information and or giving her the scoop about the liars.

Side Notes:

A needs to have a lot of money for all the cameras, phones, a lair, and more so being a doctor he gets paid a lot. Maybe that goes mostly in to being A?
He doesn't play a major role but he still keeps making appearances to the show.
He "Conveniently" shows up at random times; Spencer waiting for Melissa at the bar, Spencer breaking down after ending things with Toby, etc.
Easily made moves on Spencer which A held against her.
For a while the other girls didn’t know what he looked like, so he could openly be around and watching them.

Clues From Interviews/Producers:

Marlene tweeted a link to a theory on Wetpaint. Noel, Jenna and Wren were the suspects in the theroy... Why would she just randomly tweet the link? Suspicious much?
Marlene King has said that the third A is someone who we know quite well and has been in the show since the start, and Wren fits this description perfectly.
During an interview Andy Reader was asked "Is Wren a good person?" and he responded with "no comment". I don't know him deflecting this just makes me a tad bit suspicious.
The directors have said that "Wren is a Snake" and that he is "too handsome to function in Rosewood".

Wren's Motive:

Now honestly I myself have been trying to connect him to Alison... I have not found any leads yet. But my one conclusion is that Wren was being sucked in to doing all of this by the one and only Melissa. If you think about it, it makes sence, every guy Melissa has dated has been an A team suspect since almost the very begining: Ian Thomas and Officer Garrett Reynolds.

Or...

We all know that Ali had a thing for older guys. Wren may have a thing for younger girls...he show'd an interest in Spencer, after all. Perhaps he has a history with Ali that we have yet to find out about.

Just because he isn't the betrAyer now doesn't mean he can't be later.
