Jenna: I never really believed she was blind, faking it, people around her think they can do things without her seeing; the best way to spy. She also 'sees' more than most of the sighted people.

Toby: How many of the Liars does he have to toy with to stay in the clear? First it was Emily and now he is perfect with Spencer. Why is he suddenly mega-close to the girls, other than because they are all being framed and they understand each other's pain.

Mike: He breaks in to houses, why not the therapist's office, Ezra's apartment, Sean's mom's office, and steal information on all of the liars? He may have fell in love with Ali, and tried to kill Ian to get to her, but killed Ali by accident, which is why he was so closed in on himself in the first couple of episodes.

The Parents: All of them seem to shut out the girls and focus more on the big picture: To let go of Ali and move on. Why were they so quick to jump on the girls to break up when they were getting closer to figuring out the mystery. Not to mention all of the sneaking around, Mr. Hastings with Ali's mom, Hannah's parents, the quick change of heart of Mrs. Fields. They all seem to have something to hide from the girls. All except Hannah's mom, who tells Hannah everything (so she says) and expects Hannah to tell her everything in return (which is also not what happens)
