So I'm not sure if this links up or not, but I'm always constantly rewatching Pretty Little Liars on Netflix, over and over, just to refresh information in my mind to relate to current episodes. But currently I've been bogged down in 3B, so don't really know if this theory adds up. In one of the Season 3 episodes Red Coat (CeCe/Charlotte) is seen sitting down next to a Black Hoodie at the end of the episode, while he/she watches an old movie on a CC screen. It couldn't be Toby or Mona, because they never met Red Coat first hand. But I have a few different theory's as to who this hoodie could be:
1: Noel Kahn
We now know that Noel was helping Charlotte run the "Dollhouse", and he was presesnt at the diner with Alison, helping to get CeCe get out of the country. At the moment, I can't really find a conflicting fact that would negate him from being part of Charlotte's A-Team in Season 3.
2. Jessica DiLaurentis
This one's a rough one. We know thanks to Season 7 that Jessica had a secret lair in Alison's Aunt Carol's storm cellar that she used to hunt for Alison because she knew that she was alive. Maybe Jessica was wearing the hoodie, working with Charlotte to track down Alison.
3. A.D.
This is the theory I really stick with. This is basically saying that the current Uber A, or A.D. was the hoodie sitting next to Red Coat (CeCe) in that episode. I strongly think that Charlotte was taking orders from the current Uber A ever since she took the game from Mona in Radley at the end of Season 2. This would explain why this current A wants to avenge Charlotte's death and torment the liars. However, if this is A.D.'s motive, I believe A.D. not to be Jessica's Killer nor Charlotte's killer. I also think that A.D. could be the Varjack alias. But hold on, there still is another theory to this A.D's motive I have worked up:
4. A.D. (Different Motive Theory)
A variation of the number 3 theory. The person in the chair is the current A, but instead of wanting to avenge Charlotte, is glad that they are dead. If Charlotte was taking orders from the current A, I can work up another pretty good theory. We know that secretly Charlotte wanted to end the game, and that was partially why she left the country at the end of Season 4, after Shana was killed in New York. I think that Uber A/A.D. didn't like this, so in retaliation he/she murdered Jessica to get back at Charlotte and blackmailed Charlotte into coming back into the country to continue playing the game for him/her. Charlotte obeyed the orders and came back to play the game until her A reveal in 6x10. We all know there are lots of holes in Charlotte's confession in that episode, and I have two theory's that will serve sort of as "paths" as to where the motive goes from here.
Option A: The Confession Was Orchestrated
In this path, A.D. would order Charlotte to orchestrate a fake confession to detract the girls form finding out Uber A's real identity. After she convinced the girls the game was over, A.D. would kill Charlotte for all of the following: A: Trying to reconnect with her family (The birthday party arcade episode) and becoiming gradually less evil. B: Punishment for defecting from the A-Team and leaving the country with hopes to escape the game. And finally, C: To shift the girls attention from his/her real identity so they think CeCe is the last and final A, and that they had won. But A.D.'s plan had gone horribly wrong. Before he/she could murder Charlotte, she was admitted to Welby for five years, unable to be touched by the outside world. While inside Welby over the course of five years, A.D. hired Archer Dunhill to assume the identity of Dr. Elliot Rollins and to be assigned Charlotte's case at Welby. Once assigned to her case, Archer's orders were to murder Charlotte, but he fell in love with her instead and disobeyed A.D.'s orders. So A.D. waited until Charlotte was released from Welby, and killed her themself on the night she was killed (The end of 6x11). A.D. also had plans to murder Archer for defecting, but Hanna had ran him over with Lucas' car before he/she could get to him, which is why they are taunting Hanna and the liars with the: "I know you killed Elliot" ordeal. So now we have to think: Why would A.D. torment the liars into finding the identity of Charlotte's murderer if they killed Charlotte themself? It's genius you see, it's the perfect way to continue the game and torment the liars. They don't know that A.D. killed Charlotte, therefore they probably will never figure out who killed her, giving A.D. infinite oppurtunities to torment them. A is always one step ahead, aren't they? As for Sara and Noel, I think A.D. was tying up more loose ends. They knew that Sara Harvey was the third Red Coat employed by Charlotte, and went to the hotel room to kill her. They knew Noel was helping Charlotte run the dollhouse, and forged information making Noel look guilty, the spoon feeding it to the liars little by little to fuel them into turning him into the police. A has done this before, the most prominent example being Ian's video's in Season 1, making it look like he was Ali's attempted murderer. By getting the girls to turn Noel in, he would probably be locked up for a significant amount of time, making him unable to defect or do anything to A.D. But that plan didn't go as planned, and instead of Noel getting incarcarated, he caused himself to be murdered. Which in a way, is better for A.D. Toby is the next loose end, he was a sleeper agent on the A-Team for a part of Season 3 until he defected and was kicked off the team by Charlotte. While the girls were at the school, A.D. ran Toby's truck off the road, with hopes of killing him. As of right now we don't know if he was sucessful. As for Yvonne, she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. After causing Toby's car accident, A.D. heads to the school to tie up the final two loose ends on the A-Team: Spencer and Jenna. We hear two gunshots, the first by Jenna, the second by A.D. (according to this theory). Before the second shot, we hear Spencer scream from upstairs, suggesting that Jenna missed and A.D. shot her herself. Spencer is a loose end because she also joined the A-Team in Season 3 to find out Toby's true motives, and by killing Spencer, there's thing A.D. doesn't have to worry about. Again, we're not sure if he/she is sucessful. (But we do see what looks to be Spencer from behind in the 7x11 promo) The final loose end is Jenna, caught up in between Sara and Noel's drama. A.D. captures her after shooting Spencer, and loads her in the back of the van, with intentions to kill her. With this, all of the strings are cut, and A.D. is free from past affiliations. I'm not really sure how Mary fits into this theory, but my best guess is that she was hired by Archer acting on his own to help steal Alison's money after he defected from A.D.
Option B: The Confession Was Real
This option I will cut short because I have done a lot of typing. It's really the same thing, the only thing that's different is that Charlotte's confession was legit, she ended her part of the time hoping she could get out and escape A.D.'s wrath, leaving out certain parts and holes either because she didn't know the answer or because she was reluctant to tell all she knew. Because of her defiance, A.D. tried to kill her, but she was instituionalized. After that, the theory in this option is the same as Option A.
Conclusion:
I put a lot of work into this theory, so please let me know if you have any questions or comments and wheather you support this or not, I love hearing feedback and collaborating with other fans.

A quick add to the Option B Theory:
So after a night of thinking, I've got some more reasonable assumptions to this theory. I thnk Jenna was hired by A.D. to sneak Archer into the country so he could kill Charlotte from inside Welby, but like I said in the theory, Archer fell in love with her instead. This would greater explain why Jenna needed to be taken care of by A.D. as another "loose end." Also, I found a pretty good way that Mary Drake fits into all this. I think after Charlotte's death, Archer hired Mary Drake on his own to steal Alison's money, once again defecting from A.D. So basically Mary and Archer weren't working under the current A while they were trying to steal Alison's money. But before A.D. could get to Archer, Hanna ran him over with the car.
