Rebecca Elizabeth Breeds, is an Australian film and television actress and model born June 17, 1987. She is known for her role as Ruby Buckton in Home and Away (2008–2012), Cassie Cometti in Blue Water High (2006-2008), and her role as Aurora de Martel in The Originals and reprised that role on Legacies.
She portrays Nicole Gordon in "Pretty Little Liars".
Life and career[]
Rebecca Breeds
Rebecca Breeds was born and raised in New South Wales, Australia. Rebecca attended Sutherland Shire Christian School from kindergarten to year 10 and then St Andrew's Cathedral School for years 11 and 12. While at St Andrews Rebecca was Drama Captain.
Her acting career started with her appearance in TV ads and in a 2000 episode of Water Rats called "Jump in the mouth". Rebecca landed her first lead role as Leah Pointin in the 2008 Australian film Newcastle.
Rebecca went on to play Cassie Cometti in Series 3 of Blue Water High, but she made her first appearance in series 2, episode 3 as Tina. It was during filming on Blue Water High that she successfully auditioned for the role of Ruby Buckton on Home and Away, and her first scenes aired in June 2008. The actress made her last appearance as Ruby during the episode broadcast on August 15, 2012.
It was announced in August 2012 that Rebecca had been cast in Rob Greenberg's We Are Men as Abby Russo. We Are Men was Rebecca's first US television role; however the show was cancelled after poor ratings.
In 2015, Rebecca appeared in the sixth season of Pretty Little Liars and was cast as Aurora in The Originals.
Most recently Rebecca played Molly Meldrum'd fiancee Camile in the 2016 Australian miniseries Molly.
