Sidney is present at the Rosewood Police Department when she walks up to Ashley Marin, who was being charged. Ashley is also beside Caleb and Hanna who both stiffens at her presence. Sidney introduces herself as the Rosewood district attorney, before she informs Ashley that the DA has dropped all the charges against her, meaning that Ashley is free to go home.

Sidney has straight brown hair that is cut to her jawline, with bangs that reach just past her eyes. She has brown eyes, thin lips, a slender yet tall build, and wore an expensive high-quality suit.
